No longer is it just a matter of joining the work force by finding a good job and building job security. The kids of today want more independence in the working world, and to them being their own boss is one way of achieving this.

This is where IT can be such an exciting adventure when it comes to business ownership. There is a definite opportunity to open up different varieties of IT businesses, as many of the services that will be provided are in great demand.

As with any business start up, it requires a proper business plan and the necessary funding to launch it. Graduates that are intent on becoming business owners , will probably do much better if they were to get some field experience first. This means going to work for someone else for a short period of time.
